Roketsu, a high-end Japanese restaurant in Marylebone, has been a hit since its opening. To celebrate the arrival of spring, the restaurant has unveiled two new seasonal Sakura Kappo menus, available from April 1, 2026. In addition, seating has been added on a covered outdoor terrace, marking a milestone in its culinary offerings. This initiative reflects Roketsu's commitment to innovation and excellence, offering diners a unique gastronomic experience in a renovated environment.

The introduction of these elements seeks to enhance the dining experience and attract a clientele that values sophistication and quality. With this expansion, Roketsu positions itself as a benchmark gastronomic destination in London, combining Japanese tradition with a modern and spring touch. The decision to expand its facilities and offer new options demonstrates Roketsu's ability to adapt and meet the expectations of its most demanding customers.

Guests can choose from the Classic Sakura Kappo (£150) or the Prime Sakura Kappo (£200). The menus incorporate cherry blossom in various preparations, along with other seasonal flavors, shoots, and fruits. Highlights include King Prawn Tempura and Turbot Sushi, infused with cherry blossom leaf, Cherry Stone Clam and Bamboo Shoot Soup, and Foie Gras Miso Monaka with strawberries and miso flavors.

Main course options include grilled fish of the day, yakitori-style guinea fowl, or luxurious Japanese wagyu. The Prime Sakura menu incorporates high-end nigiri sushi, such as toro with truffle, scallop with caviar, and wagyu sukiyaki gunkan. Both menus finish with Strawberry Daifuku, a soft mochi filled with strawberry, sweet red bean paste, and matcha mascarpone.
The menus are complemented by a selection of drinks, including wines, sake, and non-alcoholic options infused with sakura. In addition, a seasonal cocktail, the Sakura Fizz, has been created, combining Champagne with subtle cherry blossom notes.

This careful selection of drinks and the exclusive cocktail seek to enhance the dining experience and offer diners a perfect harmony between dishes and drinks. The inclusion of non-alcoholic options demonstrates Roketsu's attention to the preferences of all its customers. The creation of a special cocktail for the season is an example of the restaurant's commitment to innovation and excellence in every detail.
For the first time, Roketsu has added four outdoor tables for those who wish to enjoy the best Japanese cuisine al fresco in London. This initiative responds to the growing demand for dining experiences in pleasant environments and with a more relaxed atmosphere.

The outdoor terrace offers diners a unique opportunity to enjoy the seasonal menus in a fresh and spring-like environment. The addition of these outdoor seats is a clear sign of Roketsu's commitment to customer satisfaction and its adaptation to market trends. The expansion of its facilities demonstrates the restaurant's ability to offer innovative and memorable gastronomic experiences.
