The third edition of the Beyond The Music conference and festival will be held at MediaCity, Salford, from October 7-9, 2026. This event will bring together leading figures from music, culture, technology, and politics.

Greater Manchester has hosted major events such as the 2026 BRIT Awards and the MOBO Awards at the Co-op Live venue. The BRIT Awards, for example, had never been held outside of London before, and Salford will also host the 50th-anniversary edition in 2027.

Beyond The Music will utilize the MediaCity campus, including dock10 Media City studios and various iconic Salford music venues. The program will feature keynote conversations, industry showcases, networking opportunities, and cross-sector partnerships.

The event will benefit from the multipurpose spaces across the campus, studios, and the adjoining Quayside shopping centre, with several shows to be held at existing Salford venues.
