A significant shift has occurred within Podemos, as they have decided to lift the veto on collaboration with other political forces, including Por Andalucía, for the upcoming elections. This decision marks a change in the party's strategy, which previously opposed any coalition that included Sumar. This initiative comes after the designated candidate in the region, Juan Antonio Delgado, proposed an agreement without conditions.
This new opening comes just one week before the deadline for registering coalitions, on April 6, and after recent setbacks in Aragon and Castilla y León, where Podemos did not obtain representation by running alone. The spokesman and Organization Secretary of Podemos, Pablo Fernández, confirmed the party's willingness to negotiate, supporting the position of its candidate and the Andalusian leadership.
