Zhamira Zambrano: From Disney Dreams to Conquering Charts with 'Curita Para El Corazón'
Zhamira Zambrano, from the age of 3, felt the call of music when she performed in a school talent show. Her initial inspiration came from Disney Channel shows, such as Hannah Montana, Camp Rock, and Jonas, where she visualized her future. She grew up dreaming of singing and touring, influenced by the stories she saw on television. The Venezuelan artist always knew that music was her path, stating that she "never had a plan B".

Her passion for the arts grew, fueled by the shows and the desire to live those experiences from television.
After graduating from high school in 2016, she auditioned for the second season of Univision's 'La Banda'. Although she didn't win, the experience was crucial for the launch of her solo career in 2019. Zhamira considers that 'La Banda' was her university, where she learned about stage presence and vocal care, skills that she values and uses to this day. This preparation provided her with the necessary tools to face the world of music.

The artist values that stage, recognizing the impact it had on her professional development.
The Venezuelan artist admitted that, after the success on the reality show, she struggled to find her artistic identity. This explains why, between 2019 and 2025, she released music sporadically. The first songs did not fully represent her, although she remembers them fondly. She confessed that she felt lost, looking for her place in music and trying to create something that she really liked. The experiences, both good and bad, have been part of the process that led her to where she is today.

This period of searching was fundamental for her personal and artistic growth.
Zhamira has regained her power in the music scene as one of the emerging stars of Latin pop. In 2023, she achieved her first entry on a Billboard chart with "Estrellita", which reached number 3 on the Tropical Airplay chart. In 2024, she reached number 3 on the Latin Pop Airplay chart with "Extrañándote", in collaboration with her husband, the Puerto Rican artist Jay Wheeler. That same year, they became parents of a girl named Aiunii.

These achievements mark a milestone in her career, consolidating her in the music industry.
In 2024, she released her debut album, 'Curita Para El Corazón', which includes 14 songs that reflect her evolution as an artist, her new stage as a wife and mother, and the direction she always wanted for her career. Zhamira affirms that, even when she felt lost, she remained authentic, true to her essence as a woman and artist. She strives to ensure that all her content, lyrics, and visuals, represent her 100%, making music with her heart. This demonstrates her commitment to her authenticity and her artistic vision.

The album is a reflection of her personal and professional growth.
In April, Zhamira will embark on her first tour of the United States and Latin America, in support of her album 'Curita Para El Corazón'. The tour will begin in Puerto Rico and end in Peru. The artist shared that her greatest accomplishment in life is being a mother, and professionally, her first tour is completely sold out, with all 10 dates sold. The tour includes performances in San Juan, Miami, Orlando, New York, Santo Domingo, Santiago de Chile, and Lima.

This resounding success is a testament to her growing popularity and connection with her audience.
