Prime Video announced the release of the documentary 'Jerry West: The Logo', which will premiere on April 16. Produced by Propagate and Khalabo Ink Society, the documentary follows the life and career of Jerry West, a former NBA player. The film, directed by Kenya Barris, will include West's last interviews, where he will talk about his personal struggles with depression, his failed marriage, and his complicated relationship with fatherhood.
The documentary will feature interviews with current and former NBA stars, including Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, and Shaquille O’Neal. Interviews with NBA commissioner Adam Silver and West's wife, as well as several of his children, are also included. The documentary is executive produced by Mychelle Deschamps and Hale Rothstein for Khalabo Ink Society, as well as Ben Silverman, Howard T. Owens, Drew Buckley, Isabel San Vargas, and Linh Le of Propagate.
