Blippi Goes Pop-Punk: Yellowcard Teams Up for 'Go Go Go' Song & Explosive Music Video
The collaboration between Blippi, a prominent figure in children's entertainment, and the pop-punk band Yellowcard, composed of dads with Blippi-fan children, has resulted in the song 'Go Go Go'. This unexpected union aims to capture both children and millennial parents who grew up with pop-punk. The song is part of Blippi's 'Year of Vehicles', a celebration of children's favorite vehicles, such as race cars and excavators.

The band Yellowcard, known for their hit 'Ocean Avenue', includes William Ryan Key (vocals/guitar), Sean Mackin (violin), Ryan Mendez (guitar), and Josh Portman (bass). The band released its eleventh studio album, 'Better Days', last year. The release of 'Go Go Go' coincides with Yellowcard's comeback and their upcoming cross-country tour, which will begin in May.
In a press release, Yellowcard stated, "Our kids have been watching Blippi for years, so getting to make a song together felt pretty surreal for us as dads". The band added that it was incredibly fun to step into Blippi's world and create 'Go Go Go' together. The song also comes with a new music video.

The song 'Go Go Go' is designed to introduce pop-punk to a new generation, coinciding with Yellowcard's comeback. The collaboration is part of Blippi's 'Year of Vehicles', a celebration of children's favorite vehicles.
Blippi, in a press release, commented: "Kids love learning about vehicles with me — it’s one of the biggest things they watch on the Blippi channel, and honestly it’s one of my favorite things to explore too". Blippi expressed his excitement about Yellowcard's help in launching the 'Year of Vehicles' with 'Go Go Go'.

The partnership with Yellowcard is just the beginning of more music to come from Blippi and the band. The pair also have additional surprises in store for next month.
