Jason Blum (born February 20, 1969) is an American film producer and the founder and CEO of Blumhouse Productions, the studio behind some of the most influential horror films of the 21st century. Under his leadership, Blumhouse produced the blockbuster franchises Paranormal Activity, Insidious, The Purge, and Halloween, helping redefine low-budget, high-impact genre filmmaking.
