Cristin Milioti

Cristin Milioti (born August 16, 1985) is an American actress. She is known for playing The Mother, Tracy McConnell, in the CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother from 2013 to 2014, and Sofia Falcone in the HBO crime drama series The Penguin (2024). The latter earned her a Critics' Choice Television Award, a Golden Globe Award nomination, and a Primetime Emmy Award.
