'Hannah Montana' Cast Shares Behind-the-Scenes Secrets: Fears, Fun, and a Possible Reboot
Jason Earles, who played Miley Cyrus's brother in 'Hannah Montana', recalled the nervousness of his first day on set. During the premiere of the "Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special", Earles admitted he was afraid of being fired, especially since it was his first experience in a sitcom. He also revealed on his podcast "Best of Both Worlds" that he lied about his age during the audition, stating he was 18 when he was actually 28, which increased his initial anxiety.

Earles highlighted the immediate connection he felt with Miley Cyrus, describing her as funny and a bit crazy. The family dynamic that formed on set positively influenced the work environment, facilitating the creation of comedic moments and camaraderie among the cast.

The actor expressed his desire to continue working on projects related to 'Hannah Montana', showing enthusiasm for the possibility of a reboot.
Cody Linley, who played Hannah Montana's love interest, Jake Ryan, shared his first impressions of being a guest actor on the show. Linley recounted that the first day was a little intimidating, but the work dynamic developed positively. During the script reading and rehearsals, the team sought the perfect balance for the character, from his arrogance to his kind side, adapting and rewriting on the fly.

The experience culminated in the recording in front of a live audience, which Linley compared to a rock concert, due to the energy and enthusiasm of the public. The series, which premiered as the number one show at the time, already had a fan base that celebrated each scene.

Linley imagined the future of Miley Stewart/Hannah Montana, suggesting that she has managed to balance her personal and professional life, maintaining her passion for music.
David Archuleta, who made a special appearance in the third season of 'Hannah Montana' in 2009, described his experience as surreal. Archuleta highlighted the excitement of singing with Miley Cyrus, who was already an icon at that time. The singer commented that the opportunity to participate in the show was incredible and that he still receives comments from people who remember his episode and the duet "I Wanna Know You", 18 years later.

Archuleta regretted not having accepted Miley's invitation to have sushi. The "Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special" is available on Disney+ and Hulu.

These revelations show the closeness and lasting impact of 'Hannah Montana' on its protagonists and its followers.
