For example, the HERO-30 is a short-range, man-portable tactical system, weighing approximately 3 kilograms, with a 0.5-kilogram warhead, a range of 10 kilometers, and an endurance of about 30 minutes.

In contrast, the HERO-1250 is the largest model, weighing 125 kilograms, with a 50-kilogram warhead, a range of 200 kilometers, and a duration of between 6 and 10 hours.

Operators maintain a data link to the munition, using onboard EO/IR sensors to search for targets and select engagement points.
