Webby Awards 2026: Sabrina Carpenter, Bad Bunny, and Taylor Swift Among Nominees

The 30th annual Webby Awards, the internet's biggest awards show, is just around the corner, and the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences has revealed the nominees for 2026.

These awards honor excellence on the web, from viral memes and podcasters to content creators and filmmakers. This year, the nominations include major tech companies, A-List actors, and some of the biggest names in music.

The awards ceremony, hosted by Josh Johnson of The Daily Show, will be streamed live on Monday, May 11, at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City and can be viewed on the Webby Awards YouTube channel.

Lady Gaga has received two nominations: one in the Events & Livestreams category for the Lady Gaga Monster Press Conference, put on by Spotify, and another for Best Mobile Visual Design – Aesthetic, Mobile Features & Design for her website.

Taylor Swift is competing in the Arts, Culture & Lifestyle, Social Campaigns (Social) category for the launch of “The Fate of Ophelia” on YouTube, done by We Are Social North America. Bad Bunny is nominated in both the Best Partnership or Collaboration, Social Features (Social) and Best Community or Fan Engagement – Media/Entertainment, Social Features (Social) categories.

In addition, Kendrick Lamar and SZA will compete against Sabrina Carpenter, Rosalía, Little Simz, and Claude for Best Music Video.

Nominees compete for the Webby Award, selected by the Academy, and the Webby People’s Voice Award, voted on by fans online.

Voting for the Webby People’s Voice Awards is open until April 16 at 11:59 p.m. PT at vote.webbyawards.com.

Other musicians included in this year’s nominations are KATSEYE, Cardi B, and Justin Bieber.
