The 'Elizabeth Taylor' music video features excerpts from iconic films of the actress, such as 'Cat on a Hot Tin Roof', 'Cleopatra', and 'Giant'. It also includes archival footage of Taylor at public events and photo shoots, showcasing her jewelry and glamorous outfits. Among the films shown in the video are 'Elephant Walk', 'Boom!', and 'Suddenly Last Summer'.

This track is the most recent single from Swift's 12th album, 'The Life of a Showgirl'. The song follows the release of the first two singles from the album, 'The Fate of Ophelia' and 'Opalite'.
