Inside the complex, Fitzgerald's restaurant will present a menu inspired by Irish-American cuisine. The dining room design, inspired by the aesthetic of a "jockey club", will offer dishes such as Kentucky-style fried chicken, lamb pie, turbot cassoulet, and Irish beef steaks. For dessert, southern classics such as bourbon chocolate truffles and Kentucky Derby Pie will be included. The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Executive Chef Esteve Prats Grau highlights the similarity between both culinary cultures, emphasizing generosity and the use of good products.
