Despite the slowdown in the whiskey market, James B. Beam Distilling Co. continues to innovate with the launch of the new 'Knob Creek Blender's Edition.' This limited-edition bourbon seeks to emphasize the importance of blending in American whiskey production. Knob Creek, a core member of the Jim Beam Small Batch Collection, which also includes Booker's, Basil Hayden, and Baker's, offers a range of bourbons with age statements from 9 to 21 years, as well as a 7-year-old rye whiskey.
Most of their whiskeys are bottled at 100 proof, although there are also single-barrel and cask-strength expressions. The new Blender’s Edition 01 is a 10-year-old bourbon bottled at 106 proof, with barrels specifically selected to highlight Knob Creek's sweeter flavors.
